Orders placed before 2pm GMT (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day pending stock availability and security checks. Orders after 3pm GMT or on weekends are processed the next working day. If your order arrives damaged or items are missing please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order to let us know. To initiate an exchange contact us at info@smokingsupplier.co.uk. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
